Create, Serve, and Be Part of a Community-Focused Coffee Shop
Sweet Fields Coffee Shop, owned and operated by Care and Share, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to help create a welcoming experience for customers who walk through our doors.

We are hiring for either Part-Time or Full-Time employment, depending on your availability and preferences.
Part-Time would be approx. 18-20 hours per week with Typical hours: 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 3 days a week
Full-Time would be approx. 35–40 hours per week generally from 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 5 days a week with longer hours a couple days to include some potential managerial duties.
What You'll Do
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, specialty drinks, sandwiches, soups, and other menu items.
- Bake fresh items for daily service.
Customer Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth, kindness, and hospitality.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive café atmosphere.
Kitchen & Food Safety
- Follow commercial food preparation and food safety standards.
- Maintain clean and sanitized workspaces, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow all health department regulations and inspection requirements.
Inventory & Planning
- Monitor inventory and maintain grocery shopping lists.
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and available.
Daily Operations
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Support special events and promotions as needed.

- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
