Care Alternatives Inc., a growing licensed Nurse Registry serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales & Marketing to help build and scale our referral and digital marketing infrastructure across South Florida.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in growth environments and is excited to build systems, develop relationships, and drive meaningful business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare sales, referral development, digital marketing, and relationship management, with the ability to work independently and strategically.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
- Hospitals
- Case managers
- Assisted living facilities
- Rehabilitation centers
- Physicians and healthcare providers
- Generate new patient referrals and revenue growth
- Manage and grow company social media and digital marketing presence
- Utilize AI-assisted marketing tools and systems where appropriate
- Build and manage referral pipelines and outreach systems
- Track growth metrics and maintain organized reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient onboarding and growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
- Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools preferred
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- MatrixCare experience is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary uncapped commission performance bonuses
