- Lead the charge on recruitment strategy - from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are.
- Spot talent fast - screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.
- Keep the team thriving - launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
- Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
- Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
- Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
