Daily Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish with minimal instruction
- Install gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Deliver high-quality work, safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
- Represent our values and company with professionalism and pride
- EPA Universal certification
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with building construction and sheet metal work
- Familiarity with building codes and electrical systems
- Ability to use gauges and perform piping installations
- Knowledge of equipment repair, boilers, and refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and ensuring EPA compliance
