What You’ll Do
- Present comfort and efficiency options for residential HVAC and water heating systems.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through education and trust.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and create new opportunities through referrals and outreach.
- Partner with our technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and incentive programs.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC sales preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or sales certifications a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed.
- Comfortable accessing attics, basements, and crawl spaces when evaluating installations.
