Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate II / Keyholder for a full-time position located in . This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and excellent communication abilities to foster a positive shopping environment and contribute to the store’s success.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory control
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Manage store opening and closing procedures as a Keyholder, ensuring security protocols are followed
• Lead and supervise team members, providing training and development opportunities
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Support merchandising efforts by implementing visual displays and promotional setups
• Assist in purchasing decisions and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to ensure an inviting environment
• Engage in marketing activities to promote store events and sales campaigns
• Provide leadership in shift management, ensuring operational standards are met consistently

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and team management
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and payroll processing is advantageous
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills along with phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within retail or grocery stores is preferred
• Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, pricing techniques, and budgeting practices is beneficial
