What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Clerk position at CARDS Holdings, Inc.?
Reports To: Corporate Fleet Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program
- Maintain work pending files.
- Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers.
- Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers.
- Maintain fuel reports.
- Maintain computerized parts inventory.
- Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors.
- Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
- Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Shift/Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm. Additional hours may be needed.

- Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
