POSITION SUMMARY

Infinity Wealth Group (IWG) is seeking an experienced Associate Wealth Partner with a proven book of business and a builder mentality — someone ready to grow beyond a solo-advisor model and build something bigger. This is not a lateral move. It is a long-term partnership opportunity with a team that integrates wealth management and in-house tax strategy under one roof.

The Associate Wealth Partner will focus on advising, relationship growth, and business development while leveraging a dedicated client service and tax team for execution and support. This role offers uncapped income potential, structured development, and a clear path to real equity ownership starting in Year 1.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transition and grow an existing portable book of business with a target of $50M–$100M AUM
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through comprehensive, integrated wealth and tax strategies
  • Collaborate with in-house tax strategists to deliver fully integrated financial solutions
  • Execute structured 90-day client implementation plans to drive retention and referrals
  • Generate new business through referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement
  • Participate in coaching, development, and structured training programs
  • Contribute to team growth, mentorship, and firm-building initiatives
  • Maintain full compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Direct access to and mentorship from Kyle Segelle, MBA, CFP®, APMA® — founder, Private Wealth Advisor, and architect of the IWG model
  • Builder mentality with a desire to grow beyond a solo-advisor model
  • $50M–$100M portable AUM preferred; strong growth trajectory considered
  • Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated with a high-performance standard
  • Coachable and receptive to structured feedback and development
  • Team-oriented; values collaboration over operating independently
  • Growth mindset — focused on long-term enterprise value, not short-term payout
  • Strong natural network and active community involvement
  • Ability to attract and close $500K–$1M client relationships (ideal wheelhouse $1M )

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 3 years as a Financial Advisor
  • Portable AUM: $50M–$100M preferred | $20M with strong growth trajectory considered | Early-stage advisors ($3M with 2 years and production momentum) may be evaluated
  • Compliance: Clean U4 record — no disclosures or regulatory actions (non-negotiable)
  • Licenses Required: Series 7 | Series 66 or equivalent (63 & 65) | Life & Health
  • Designations: CFP®, CFA, APMA®, or other advanced designations preferred but not required


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

IWG offers a fully uncapped, performance-based compensation structure with three layers of earning potential:

  • Grid Income: Percentage of GDC based on AUM tier and client sourcing. Higher AUM = higher payout. Additional grid boost available based on ROA.
  • Incentive: 10–20% of prior year grid income, earned by hitting team standards across 4 growth metrics on a 5-point scale.
  • Plan Bonuses: 50–100% of plan fees on net new plans above minimums. Referral and COI bonuses on top. No cap. Ever.
  • OTE Range: Approximately $160K–$496K annually before plan bonuses, depending on portable AUM and production. Beat your targets and it goes higher.
  • Equity: Real ownership buy-in eligibility after Year 1. Three structured tiers — from dividends-only to full partner with voting rights. Not phantom equity.
  • Transition Support: Dedicated transition team provided. Relocation available for the right candidate.
  • Additional benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
