Learning Management System Specialist

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote.

Role

We are seeking a sharp and ambitious entry level team member who is familiar with online learning tools and softwares, and who possesses strong communication and detail-oriented skills to build and maintain our online delivery of educational programs on Cardone University. Any previous experience in the delivery of online learning content is a plus, but we will teach you the tools and software we use. What makes you a good fit for this role is your ability to learn, multi-task and deliver an exceptional level of attention to detail. You will work with our entire team to help deliver the highest level of service to our clients and end users.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to end-users, faculty, and administrators.
• Creating and managing system-level learning assignments, such as compliance or sales training.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design curriculum.
• Monitoring system performance and user feedback to suggest improvements.
• Managing user access, configurations, and permissions.
• Communicating daily with team members and clients on platform customization.
• Processing and executing internal and external user requests to provide stellar product and service.
• Managing implementation, configuration, and content needs using platform admin tools (training provided).
• Participating in feature discussions and implementation with team members and departments.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of client solutions (deployment, execution, product quality, consistent communication, accurate information)
• Managing individual short- and long-term projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and the internet; you understand user engagement, intuitive design, and simplicity.
• Proficiency with Mac computers.
• Expertise in Google Sheets and data tracking/entry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues early.
• Understanding of mobile technology and how users consume video content on it.
• Technically adept with experience optimizing workflows and processes related to software.
• Ability to quickly learn, administer, and explain our product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.
• Best-in-class customer service and strong computer competency.
• Ability to navigate complex systems.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of LMS platforms, video file formats, and SCORM files.
• Familiarity with online learning applications and platforms.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar workflow management tools.
• Video editing skills.
• Back-end web solution experience.
• Project management experience.
• Technical knowledge in system administration or content management systems.
