The Social Media Specialist & Coach manages content and organic strategy across client social platforms and coaches client teams on growing and sustaining their presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social content calendars and strategy aligned to each client's brand and audience.
- Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across relevant platforms.
- Track platform performance and translate results into clear recommendations for clients.
- Coach client teams on content strategy, platform best practices, and sustainable posting cadence during office hours.
- Keep current on platform algorithm changes and format trends relevant to the client base to better support clients.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years managing organic social strategy and content for a brand, agency, or client portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to grow engagement or following with measurable results.
- Comfortable presenting strategy and results directly to clients.
- Strong writing and visual/content sensibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across short-form video platforms specifically.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
- Agency background serving multiple client brands concurrently.
