Role Overview
As a Sales Training Coach & Facilitator, you will manage a portfolio of up to 45 clients weekly to assess operational workflows, diagnose bottlenecks, and apply Cardone University methodologies to drive growth and improve sales outcomes. Our Sales Training Coaches are not just facilitating sessions, they're creating lasting impact. Sales Training Coaches - Grant Cardone
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 7 –10 virtual training sessions daily, covering Cardone University topics such as sales strategies, communication best practices, confidence building, attitude, and “massive action.”
- Collaborate with business leaders and their teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive measurable, long-lasting growth.
- Support a diverse client portfolio from various industries and geographic locations ensuring program principles are implemented, not just taught.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities through structured evaluation of processes and team dynamics.
- Lead interactive role-play sessions, helping sales teams master objection handling, mindset shifts, and effective communication.
- Mentor, motivate and drive accountability that fosters leadership, and reinforces positive habits among team members
Qualifications:
- 3 -7 years of experience in sales, business development, portfolio management required
- Ability to achieve expert-level proficiency in Cardone University content via intensive in‑house training
- Sales training, coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience are strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of inside and outside sales processes
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Clear communicator with strong verbal, written and technical skills
- Natural motivator, capable of inspiring and elevating sales professionals’ confidence
- Exhibit a positive, growth‑oriented mindset with strong personal and professional development ethic
- Ability to be customer-centric by deeply understanding and anticipating client needs
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $60,000 – $300,000 per year
Earnings potential: Highly competitive and performance-driven commission structure
This is full-time onsite position Monday to Friday 8.20am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
