We are seeking a driven, communicative, and organized individual to help grow our business while maintaining our commitment to authenticity and excellent service. This role is crucial as we aim to meet our property growth goals for 2025 and beyond, and we're looking for a sales lead rockstar who is grounded in humility and aligned with our core values: local, genuine, all-inclusive, respectful, and ambitious.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries about our management services
  • Manage lead information and progress in our CRM software, ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Provide earning estimates for potential properties and formulate onboarding plans
  • Close contracts through effective negotiation and sales tactics
  • Cultivate relationships with realtors through our Referral Program
  • Promote Cardo's services at local events, business networking opportunities, and online platforms
  • Develop B2B opportunities for our Happy Host turnover, maintenance, and interior decorating services
  • Plan engaging events for clients, associates, and vendors
  • Connect with investors and developers interested in ApartHotel models


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vacation property acquisitions
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A genuine passion for San Diego and its city and outdoor lifestyle
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Friendly, polite demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in closing high-ticket sales
