We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team in New York. In this pivotal role, you will engage with leading global institutions driving innovation in private markets. You’ll lead sales strategies, build relationships with top-tier financial organizations, and play a central role in expanding our client base across structured finance and alternative investments.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients within the structured finance, fintech, and alternative investment sectors.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, investment firms, and other financial institutions.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and position Cardo AI’s solutions effectively.
Represent Cardo AI at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
5 years of experience in sales within fintech, structured finance, or financial technology sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of structured finance, private credit, AI, and data analytics solutions.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and action-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
