Warehouse Inventory Control Associate

Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
May stay later based on business needs and workload.
What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate, you’ll help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving in the right direction. You’ll work behind the scenes to make sure our products are where they belong and our inventory records match what’s actually in the warehouse.
- Perform regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Update and maintain accurate inventory information in our WMS
- Make sure products are properly labeled, stored, and located
- Use inventory scanners and computer systems for data entry and tracking
- Communicate inventory issues and solutions with warehouse leadership
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and dollies
- Help identify ways to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Jump in and help wherever needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly

We’re looking for:
- High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
- Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel
- Experience with inventory systems/WMS is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift/powered equipment experience is a plus — we can train and certify you!
- Valid driver's license required
This Is an Active Warehouse Role
This position involves being on your feet and moving throughout the warehouse, including walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, reaching, and working at heights of 30–40 feet using warehouse equipment.
You must be able to regularly lift and/or move furniture and other products up to and over 110 pounds and work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
