Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Sun 10:45a-6p // Mon thru Thurs 9:45a-6:30p // Fri & Sat OFF

At Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses, our Business Office Customer Service Representatives are the friendly faces who help keep the customer experience running smoothly! From welcoming guests and answering questions to processing payments and coordinating deliveries, you’ll play an important role in making every customer interaction a great one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Answer questions, identify customer needs, and help resolve concerns.
• Process customer orders, returns, invoices, payments, and financing transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate customer pick-ups and deliveries.
• Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Maintain accurate customer, merchandise, and transaction information.
• Contact customers regarding merchandise availability, deliveries, pick-ups, and account payments.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to help create a seamless customer experience.
• Handle invoice adjustments related to cancellations, damages, refused merchandise, price changes, and other account updates.
• Maintain daily reports, emails, and other required documentation.
• Assist with training and supporting fellow team members.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Represent the Cardi’s brand by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team and our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with computers; proficiency with Word and Excel is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
