- Cardiovascular Medical Practice with Ancillary Departments in Nuclear, PET, Echocardiography, & Vascular.
We are looking for an experienced, Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a "working" manager responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office, to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the front office.
- Supervise a staff of 10.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer, employee & physician records and/or schedules, as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
