Key Responsibilities
- Obtain interpretable recordings of patients' nervous system functions.
- Perform functions related to the treatment of sleep disorders, including:
- Patient assessment and operating diagnostic equipment.
- Preparing patients (adult and geriatric) for sleep studies.
- Proper titration of CPAP/BiPAP devices and following protocols for titration of oxygen.
Education & Experience:
- Registered Sleep Technician (RPSGT) certification required.
- Respiratory Care license for Illinois (required).
- Current CPR certification through American Heart Association (AHA).
- Registered Sleep Technician (RPSGT) certification.
- Illinois Respiratory Care license (required).
- CPR certification (required).
