Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team in Moline and Davenport. Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, and policy enforcement.
Partner with managers to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates.
Conduct background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and new hire orientation.
Maintain compliance with required training, licensure, and certifications.
Assist with employee relations matters including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and policy guidance.
Administer HR programs related to compensation, performance management, recognition, and employee morale.
Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal updates.
Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
At least one year of HR experience.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (or willingness to learn).
