Key Responsibilities:
- Process internal and external phone calls to include scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVM's general procedures.
- Maintain physician and clinic schedules
- Process patient records in practice management system
- Perform follow up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls
What Were Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a reception or medical office setting preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer technology and comfortable navigating scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
