- Provide first-level IT support to employees through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance
- Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues
- Assist with computer setup, software installations, and device configuration
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
- Work closely with the IT team on daily operations and special projects
- Help ensure employees have reliable technology support to maintain productivity
- Contribute to efficient resolution of technical issues and support requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT procedures
- Support company security standards and data protection practices
- Assist in improving IT processes and maintaining equipment inventory
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and collaborate within a team environment
- Interest in learning new technologies and developing hands-on IT support experience
