About the Role:

Acts as the first point of contact for CIS patients and callers

Operates a high-volume, multi-line switchboard in a fast-paced clinical environment

Accurately schedules patient appointments following clinic guidelines

Supports patient care through clear communication, documentation, and professionalism
How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:

Answer and route 100–150 incoming calls per day in a timely, professional manner

Schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups, diagnostics, and lab services

Accurately document calls, messages, and patient interactions in the EMR
-
Identify message subject lines and route communications to appropriate care teams

Meet established performance metrics for call response time, call volume, and availability

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and CIS compliance standards

Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and external partners

Maintain an organized work area and assist team members as needed
What Makes You a Great Match:

High school diploma preferred

Experience with multi-line phone systems or switchboards preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
