About the Role:
- Provide advanced practice nursing care in collaboration with physicians
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Focus on complex cases, including cardiovascular and advanced heart failure patients
- Practice autonomously within Louisiana scope-of-practice guidelines
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
- Respond to acute changes and support emergency interventions
- Enhance outcomes for high-risk and chronic disease populations
What Makes You a Great Match:
