- Support the preparation of financial statements and related working papers for the company and its affiliates
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis in collaboration with the Accounting Manager and CFO
- Contribute to accurate financial management while supporting a patient-centered organizational mission
- Assist in generating financial statements and preparing supporting working papers
- Process accounts payable, payroll, and other financial transactions with accurate coding
- Supervise and direct accounts payable and payroll clerks to ensure timely, accurate processing
- Analyze accounts payable and payroll data and recommend improvements to processes and internal controls
- Prepare reconciliations, reports, and schedules to support financial analysis and decision-making
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the company and its affiliates
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited four-year college
- Familiarity with accounts payable, payroll processing, and accounting systems
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to learn medical financial accounting processes and procedures
- Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively within a mission-driven organization
