In this role, you’ll focus on reconnecting with patients who have missed appointments—rescheduling visits and helping them stay on track with their care. You’ll also assist with scheduling and contribute to special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments
- Reschedule and coordinate future visits
- Support special administrative projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $25/hour productivity incentive
