What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Receptionist position at Cardiovascular Associates of Venice & Sarasota?
This is a very fast-paced and interactive position. We are looking to add an outgoing, friendly, and personable individual to our front desk team.

- Patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and answering incoming calls that are routed to the front desk through our phone menu.
- In addition to the personal traits previously listed, we are seeking someone who has experience using medical scheduling and EMR software, enjoys interacting with patients, stays calm when things get a bit hectic, and that we can depend on to show up for work every day.
