Key Responsibilities
- Procedural Expertise: Perform a wide range of complex and typical ablations, Leadless Pacemaker and Device Implantation, extractions, LAAC (Watchman), Loop Recorder implantation, and ICE.
- ASC Growth: Play a key role in expanding the volume of ablations and device procedures performed in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Comprehensive Care: Conduct in-depth patient consultations, manage complex arrhythmia cases, and develop personalized treatment plans in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a robust clinical team, including APPs, to provide integrated care within the HonorHealth network.
- Work-Life Balance: Participate in a reasonable, shared call schedule alongside other EPs in the group and the hospital system.
- Required: M.D. or D.O. degree; Completion of ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Fellowships.
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Vision: A desire to innovate within the outpatient procedural space and a commitment to superior clinical outcomes.
