Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) - Cardiovascular Medicine - 4 day work week

Village Heart & Vein — a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) — is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Lady Lake.
This is an opportunity to practice with autonomy in a well-established, physician-led cardiology group serving one of the most active adult communities in the country.
Experienced cardiology APPs are highly encouraged to apply. APPs with strong clinical backgrounds and a genuine interest in cardiology will also be considered.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct outpatient cardiac evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
• Manage medication adjustments and review diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement treatment plans with appropriate physician collaboration
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic setting
What We’re Looking For
• Board-certified NP or PA-C
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing patients independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
