About The Job
We are seeking a high-performing, field-based, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive who has experience selling remote cardiac monitoring services directly to physicians. You will be responsible for accelerating growth by acquiring new business, expanding CardioOne’s footprint across key physician practices and health systems, and capturing market share within the defined geographic territory of Florida.
This role focuses on CardioOne’s “Connect” platform, driving the adoption of integrated remote cardiac monitoring, care management, and digital health technologies to cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other strategic clinical stakeholders. As applicable, the Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with CardioOne’s broader Business Development team to cross-sell related practice management solutions to CardioOneConnect partners in their region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device, ambulatory cardiac diagnostics monitoring, and care management sales (i.e. chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM)). What you’ll do:
New Business Development & Market Expansion
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through the strategic targeting of electrophysiologists (EPs), cardiologists, primary care physicians, and healthcare administrators within hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and private practices.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan that emphasizes market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to contract close and onboarding.
- Support cross-sell of CardioOne’s management platform into the CardioOne Connect network of practices, identifying qualified opportunities and collaborating with the broader CardioOne Growth team to facilitate network growth
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven sales presentations that effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of the CardioOneConnect product and service portfolio.
- Establish and deepen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and executive stakeholders to develop champions and long-term advocacy.
- Navigate complex healthcare environments to drive strategic partnerships and account conversions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our designated CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting, territory planning, and timely reporting.
- Manage the ongoing performance and operational health of accounts, including training, workflow optimization, and usage growth with individual prescribers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including our internal Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity to refine strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on territory dynamics, customer needs, and market shifts.
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and identify high priority prospects for CardioOne’s broader practice management capabilities[AS3]
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device, RPM, ambulatory cardiac diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience and relationships in cardiology / electrophysiology and IDNs.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies (Extended Holter, Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), RPM, and Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs)).
- Proven success in capturing market share, launching new territories / products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM system) is preferred.
