- Planning/Buying for production and operational support materials in compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and Quality System standards.
- Overseeing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) to optimize production schedules.
- Conducting inventory management, ensuring quality control per company standards.
- Managing facility maintenance to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Fostering supplier relationships and managing supply chain risk.
- Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and production teams.
- Customer service focus with the ability to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills to interpret work instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain operational equipment as required.
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred; ASCM or ISM certification (CPIM/CPSM) desired.
- 5-7 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in medical devices is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards for medical device manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP II systems.
