Part Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Sherman Oaks)compensation range: $22-28$ houremployment type: part-time, 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Fridayexperience level: experiencedjob title: Part Time Administrative Assistant / ReceptionistWe are a real estate investment firm needing an administrative assistant to handle calls, emails, office work and various administrative and real estate related tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative and property-related tasks. Job function may grow into more management skills.Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and email· Schedule and coordinate requests with vendors and investors· Order office supplies as needed· Support the President in emails and phone requests, including printing and dictation of emails.· Perform general office duties such as phones, mail handling, scanning, data entry, paying invoices and calendar management.General hours will be 9-3 pm, Mon-Friday.Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)· 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience· Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks is a plus· Strong typing, written and verbal communication skills· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently· Excellent organizational and time management skills· Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanorWe are seeking a friendly person who can work with us a long time.

Salary : $2,600 - $3,300
