Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (Pay starts based on experience; rapid room for advancement and pay increases for reliable workers)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift (Occasional overtime during peak season)

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Crew Member to work directly alongside our Crew Lead on daily maintenance routes.
No prior commercial lawn care experience? We are happy to train the right person. If you bring a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn, our Crew Lead will teach you everything you need to know.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance: commercial mowing, string trimming, edging, and backpack blowing.
- Assist with property cleanups, debris removal, and seasonal tasks.
- Safely load, unload, and secure equipment, mowers, and trailers.
- Assist with basic daily equipment maintenance and site preparation.
- Follow instructions closely from the Crew Lead to ensure high-quality standards on every property.
- Work efficiently as a team to stay on schedule throughout the day.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Work Ethic & Attitude: Eager to learn, takes direction well, and works hard alongside the team.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and work outdoors in hot/cold conditions for long days.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to our shop every morning.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
