Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Repair Technician in Holland, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of entry systems, transaction kiosks, and coin changers used across a variety of industries.
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing equipment components to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working with tools, and solving mechanical issues.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in our team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $17.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available Shift:
1st Shift
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Duties And Responsibilities:
- Review return authorization information and diagnose repair needs
- Identify issues and determine if assemblies/components can be repaired
- Perform repairs and replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Disassemble and reassemble components using hand tools and equipment
- Calibrate repaired components to meet specifications
- Read and understand technical information, instructions, and documentation
- Communicate repair findings and updates with customer service teams
- Maintain accurate work and repair records
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools for assembly or repair work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and understand technical information
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
