Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Human Resources Rep for a well-known client in Napoleon, OH. As an HR Rep, you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($25-$27/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include 2nd shift 3PM to 11PM Monday to Friday.

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- HR Administration
- Employee Relations
- Benefits Administration
- Compliance & Policy Support
- Training & Development
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems Preferably ADP
