Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an Experienced Diesel Mechanic for a transportation company in Genoa, OH. A successful Diesel Mechanic should have excellent troubleshooting skills and high level of attention to detail. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($40/hr - $45/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Generous Sign-on bonus:

• $1,000.00 at 90 days
• $1,500.00 at 6 months
• $2,500.00 at 1 year
  
  

Responsibilities of the Diesel Mechanic:

• Troubleshooting diesel engine systems with ECM diagnostic programs
• Diagnose, repair, adjust and align engines, chassis electrical systems, suspension and brake systems
• Perform service calls, vehicle road tests and ensure quality repairs
  
  

Required Qualifications of the Diesel Mechanic:

• 15 years of Diesel Mechanic experience required
• Knowledge of Class 8 trucks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
