Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to support operations within a manufacturing facility, including importing, fabrication support, and exporting. This role involves material handling, loading and unloading flatbed trucks, and operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
3rd Shift associates will be working 11:00p.m.-7:00a.m. Monday-Friday. This is a long term, temp to hire position with growth opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload stainless steel materials from flatbed trucks, ensuring secure and safe transport for multi-stop deliveries
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy materials throughout the facility
Assist with receiving imported materials and preparing outgoing shipments
Support fabrication processes by staging materials and maintaining workflow efficiency
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
Secure loads properly for transport, considering multiple delivery stops
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience operating a forklift and overhead crane
Experience loading and unloading flatbed trucks, especially for multi-stop routes
Familiarity with handling stainless steel or similar heavy materials preferred
Strong understanding of load securement and transportation safety
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
