Position Summary
Cardinal Spellman High School, committed to academic excellence and Gospel values, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Sound, Lighting, and Stage Crew Manager to oversee all technical aspects of school productions and events. This part-time position plays a vital role in supporting our vibrant arts program and school community by ensuring high-quality production standards for liturgies, performances, assemblies, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all sound, lighting, and stage operations for school events, including theater productions, concerts, liturgies, graduation, and assemblies
Design and implement lighting and sound plans appropriate to each event
Train, supervise, and mentor student stage crew members in technical theater skills
Maintain and organize all technical equipment, ensuring safe and proper use
Coordinate event schedules in collaboration with faculty, campus ministry, and administration
Troubleshoot technical issues during rehearsals and live events
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices
Assist in planning and executing major school events requiring technical production
Qualifications
Experience in sound engineering, lighting design, and/or stage management
Ability to operate and maintain audio/visual and lighting equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with or mentoring high school students preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional school-day events
