Job Summary: Cardinal Services is seeking a Transition Consultant to join its Pre-Employment Transitions Services program. As a Pre-ETS Consultant you will provide services to students with disabilities to improve their outcomes after high school and assist them with a positive transition from high school to adult life. Such services may include but are not limited to developing plans for work-life skills training and experiences based on the student's individualized Education Plan (IEP) and personal goals. This position is a 40 hour/week full time role that would be working with students within Pulaski, Fulton, Cass County.
Job Requirements: Applicant must be 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of experiences working with persons with MR/DD preferred. One year working with transitional youth, aged 14-22, preferred.
