Responsibilities
- Deliver group and individual Pre-ETS services such as career exploration, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy instruction.
- Support students in developing employment skills and participating in work-based learning experiences.
- Collaborate with schools, VR counselors, families, and community employers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Participate in required training and ongoing professional development.
- Experience working positively and professionally with youth.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable leading group activities and adapting to diverse learning needs.
- Must pass all background checks.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license (3 years) and have reliable transportation with active auto insurance.
