Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Self-Storage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at a brand new facility in Aberdeen, NC (very close to Southern Pines). The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, with experience in both customer service and self-storage.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring that the facility is clean, organized, and secure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and that the storage facility is a welcoming and professional environment.
Requirements:
-2 years of experience working in self-storage
-Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers
-Willing to work 9am-6pm every Monday, with potential to earn additional shifts when needed
