We are seeking one full-time Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold at least a CDCA, with LCDC preferred, and be committed to providing quality care and support to individuals in recovery.
Qualifications
- Active CDCA required (LCDC preferred) in the state of Ohio
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete requirements to become a Certified Case Manager (if not already certified)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group counseling services
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
- Participate in treatment planning and case coordination
- Maintain compliance with state and agency regulations
- Collaborate with case managers, drivers, and other staff as needed
