After seven years of impressive growth, Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group (CPHSG) seeks an innovative Vice President of Business Development to join our executive leadership team. Established by a former police executives our commitment to public service remains at the heart of our mission. We don't just sell security; we provide comprehensive safety solutions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is your chance to be the main architect of our next growth phase. We have an ambitious, straightforward goal: to double our revenue to $30 million by 2030 and become the top provider of comprehensive safety strategies for local, county, state, and national initiatives. What You Will Do:

●      Architect the Future: Develop and implement a bold business development strategy to double our revenue and reach our goal of $30 million by the end of 2030.

●      Dominate Key Verticals: Drive rapid growth in our three primary markets: armed and unarmed school security (K-12 and universities), armed corporate and executive protection, and residential security, along with state-mandated asynchronous training.

●      Forge Powerful Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, turning prospects into long-term partners who recognize CPHSG as the leading authority in comprehensive safety.

●      Lead With Distinction: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and a relentless "get it done" attitude.

●      Drive the Deal: Lead the complete sales process, from initial prospecting and complex proposal creation to advanced contract negotiations and successful closing of multi-million dollar deals.

●      Serve as a Strategic Partner: As a direct report to the CEO, you will deliver vital market insights that influence the company's direction and help turn our vision into reality.


What We Are Looking For:

●      A Proven Rainmaker: At least 10-15 years of progressive business development experience, ideally in the security services or a related industry, with a proven history of closing seven-figure, multi-year contracts.

●      A "Get-It-Done" Attitude: You excel in a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves environment and take a hands-on approach to building the business from the ground up.

●      Expertise in Our Verticals: Proven success and an established network in at least two key areas (school security, corporate security, or government/regulated training) are essential.

●      Strategic Acumen: The skill to sell a complete solution, not merely a service. You must be able to communicate the unique value of our integrated safety model.

●      An Unshakable Leader: Possessing the character, charisma, and experience to build and motivate a team, leading from the front with integrity and a passion for public safety.

●      Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
