Step Into a Role That Matters
At Cardinal Point Security Group, we do not hire “guards” — we recruit Professional Guardians. We are seeking polished, mission-driven individuals for a high-trust Unarmed Guest Safety & Concierge Officer role in the Reading PA area where professional presence protects both people and experience.
This is not a generic security post, and it is not a bouncer role. It is a specialized, guest-facing assignment for the Quiet Professional who can balance awareness, restraint, hospitality, and confident verbal control in a fast-moving public environment.
If you are a disciplined security professional who knows how to read a room, calm tension, set boundaries without ego, and protect a property through communication first, we invite you to join a managed team built on accountability, professionalism, mentorship, and Servant Leadership. At Cardinal Point, you receive real training, clear expectations, responsive leadership, and the operational support your professionalism deserves.
The Mission
Keep the hotel calm. Protect the guest experience. Lead with presence, not force. Cardinal Point Security Group is hiring a sharp, professional, unarmed Guest Safety & Concierge Officer for a large hotel in the Reading, PA area. This is a high-visibility, guest-facing role for someone who can:
- Read the environment early
