Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Field Supervisor Technician:
- Perform warranty diagnostics and repairs
- Address workmanship follow-up issues
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed installs
- Perform service work that has been sold.
- Follow defined maintenance and repair procedures
- Identify current and potential system issues
- Communicate repair recommendations and pricing to customers
- Complete all reporting and documentation in company software
- Debrief with dispatch on calls requiring follow-up
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in installs, maintenance, and/or service
- Strong mechanical background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
