Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured leadership development program focused on clinical operations, compliance, and team management.
- Support and learn daily Wellness Department operations, including staffing, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Gain knowledge of state and federal regulations and support survey readiness and documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
- Participate in staff training, coaching, and team development activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and services.
- Support operational processes, including staffing plans, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Engage in ongoing professional development in leadership, geriatric care, and clinical best practices.
- Current RN, LPN, or LVN license required.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership potential and desire to advance into a Wellness Director role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region, if required.
