What are the responsibilities and job description for the Washer Crew/Maintenance position at Cardinal Job Opportunities?
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization
- Communicate effectively with manager & other maintenance associates on tasks performed
- Operate water pressure washer equipment, operate glass washers. Be available for scheduled or emergency basis
- Operate heavy equipment, to include forklift, scissor lifts & boom lifts
- Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment
- Goal oriented, self-motivated & model values in behavior
- Ensure cleaning and operation of glass washers, including filter changes, operating conveyor systems, working with cleaning agents like bleach. Possible help on PM’s when needed. General Machine cleaning.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by achieving results
- All other duties as assign
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with washing and cleaning procedures for machines
- Attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
