Location: Santa Clara, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Must Have Skills

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience delivering SAP projects on time and within budget. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and project delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years of overall IT experience with 5 years of SAP Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
