Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities within the distribution network through data analysis, process observation, and organizational support.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified opportunities.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze current processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and develop process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to distribution and logistics.
- Support the development and implementation of the overall OPEX strategy for the distribution network.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that implemented solutions are sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop standard work instructions and process documentation to support implemented solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or similiar preferred
- 8 years of experience in Operations, OPEX or Data Analytics preferred
- Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, etc.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau, Lucid, SQL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with statistical software preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel Expectations: Up to 50%
