What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.
Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates quality related trainings.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Works on or may lead complex quality projects of large scope.
- Performs Temperature Profile Mappings
- Assists non-conformances investigations and completes investigation report.
- Assists in the management of Pharma & Medical Quality Complaints
- Perform reviewal or approval of Temperature & Humidity reports.
- Assists in the recalls, field corrective actions and quarantine program.
- Providing on-site support for the Cardinal Health Quality System at the facility.
- Supports efforts to assess the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to drive performance improvement and enhance supply chain integrity while preserving and optimizing system efficiency.
- Assists in the development and management of standard operating procedures, programs, and processes to ensure conformance with quality, regulatory and company requirements.
- Provides ongoing guidance and direction to operations personnel regarding regulatory and quality matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience in related field
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
- Must work well with others and understand how to be successful in a Team environment.
- Must be detail oriented, strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, a self-starter, and self-motivated.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and possess strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Written is required for this role
