Cardinal Hayes Home for Children is a not-for-profit agency providing residential care and treatment for young people who are developmentally disabled.

The role of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) is integral in the lives of our individuals…and it is challenging work! As an agency, we are committed to providing you with the training, support, and resources you need to help you accomplish your goals and feel rewarded for your effort!

What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Provide daily care and treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Direct care includes hands-on physical care and/or assistance with activities of daily living.
• Treatment includes reading and implementing teaching programs, behavior plans and developmental plans.
• Dispenses medications and treatments as prescribed.
