Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and consistent output
- Adjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain performance
- Load raw materials and prepare parts for production processes
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerances
- Follow work instructions, batch records, and supervisor direction to meet quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Identify and report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors or maintenance
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members, QA, and maintenance to meet production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable work history and positive team-oriented attitude
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to safely operate machinery, hand tools, and material handling equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (including noise, heat, and required PPE)
